connecting with God and you!

Good Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

Hebrews 4:15-16 New King James Version (NKJV)

15 For we do not have a High Priest [Jesus] who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

Further Thought:  Today, let us obey the scripture and come boldly to the throne of grace.  This is the place of God’s willingness to get involved in whatever we are facing.  Let’s recognize we must take the first step in coming to Him.  Today’s scripture then says we must come boldly.  Come with absolute confidence that as citizens of the Kingdom of God, we have the right and the privilege to come at any time to obtain God’s mercy (what we don’t deserve) and to discover his grace (the solution to whatever we are facing).  He desires to exchange his grace and mercy for whatever you are facing.  So, don’t put it off another moment, “Come to God” based on the authority of today’s word.

Have a great day, and keep chewing on God’s Word.
