“My Confidence”

Psalm 130:5 New Living Translation (NLT)

5 I am counting on the Lord; yes, I am counting on him.  I have put my hope [confidence] in his word.

Today’s Confession: Father, I start this day confidently, trusting your Holy Spirit to lead, guide, and direct me. My hope [confidence] is in your word. You said in 2 Chronicles 16:9, “For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth to show Himself strong in behalf of those whose hearts are committed toward Him.” So today, I give you permission to show yourself strong in my life. This is my confession, and I count it done, in Jesus’s Name.

Now, let’s ensure these are not just words but that we take the time consistently to read God’s Word to know what we have placed our confidence in.
