Good Morning. Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:
“Calm Down”
Psalm 62:5-6 Easy-to-Read Version (ERV)
5 I must calm down and turn to God; he is my only hope [expectation].
6 He is my Rock, the only one who can save me. He is my high place of safety [my defense], where no army can defeat me.

Further Thought: Yes, having hope, faith, and confidence in friends and family is great. But here’s a News Flash: “They will all let you down” at some point in life. They are incapable of meeting your every need. So, it’s unfair of you to put that kind of pressure on them.
So today, regardless of what’s going on, let’s make the quality decision to calm down [relax]. Now, let’s redirect our hope, truth, and confidence to the one who is not only capable of solving any problem we may have but is also willing and ready to assist.
Have a great day and keep chewing on God’s Word.
