Good Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“The Attributes of Love”

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 New King James Version (NKJV)

4 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not [arrogant] puffed up; 5 does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, [keeps no accounts of evil] thinks no evil;

6 does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; 7 bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. 8 Love never fails..

Further Thought:  Today’s passage reminds us of the attributes of love, and according to 1 John 4:8, those who know God walk in [live according to] his love for God is Love.  Let’s remember the love of God was given to each of us the moment we accepted Jesus as our Lord, according to Romans 5:5.  Yes, these same attributes described in today’s passage are now in us, and God, with the help of his Holy Spirit, expects us to draw upon them and implement them in our lives.  So when Love [God] says something, how can you disbelieve his love?
