Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Recognize”

Isaiah 43:19 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

19 Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

Further Thought:  The new thing God desires to do is not new to him but to us.  Now, for us to recognize what God is doing will require preparation, which includes time hearing God’s Word and prayer.  What God desires to demonstrate in our lives in 2025 can’t be revealed in laziness, bitterness, unforgiveness or apart from His Word.  Matthew 9:17 & Luke 5:37-39 remind us that God won’t pour new wine into old wineskin [old ways of thinking and doing].  As you embrace this New Year, know with absolute confidence that what you desire according to God’s Word, God desires to do exceeding, abundantly above that, according to Ephesians 3:20.  Why, you may ask? Remember, it’s not just about you and me being blessed, but we are called to be a blessing.  And what we allow God to demonstrate in our lives will overflow into the lives of those around us.
