Good Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Receive His Love”

John 3:16 King James Version (KJV)

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Romans 8:32 King James Version (KJV)

32 He [God] that spared not his own Son [Jesus], but delivered [gave] him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

Further Thought: 1 John 4:7 reminds us that God is love.  God doesn’t just have love; He is love.  And love now lives in those who have accepted Jesus as their Lord.  Let’s recognize that when we allow love to flow through us, we are then able to demonstrate love [God] to those around us. 

Today’s readings remind us that God demonstrated His love by giving us His best, which was His Son, but He didn’t stop there.  He reminds us in Romans 8:32 above that since He didn’t withhold His Son, there is nothing else he won’t withhold.  John 10:10b Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC), also reminds us of one of the reasons Jesus came, and that was so you and I “may have and enjoy life, and have it in abundance (to the full, till it overflows).” So, when we think about it, we have no reason to be uptight.  Now, let’s relax [calm down] and continue to do our part, and that is to seek and discover daily what love has provided, and it’s all contained in His Word [The Bible].
