Good Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Recognize What U Have”

John 14:16-17 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Comforter (Counselor, Helper, Intercessor, Advocate, Strengthener, and Standby), that He may remain with you forever—

17 The Spirit of Truth, Whom the world cannot receive (welcome, take to its heart), because it does not see Him or know and recognize Him. But you know and recognize Him, for He lives with you [constantly] and will be in you.

Further Thought:  In the above passage, Jesus was comforting His disciples after he had given them the news of him leaving and returning to God the Father.  He told them just as I’m with you now, so shall the “Holy Spirit” be with you when I’m gone.  So, let me remind you what He the “Holy Spirit” is to you:

1. Your Counselor

2. Your Helper

3. Your Intercessor

4. Your Advocate

5. Your Strengthener

6. Your Standby

If that wasn’t enough, Jesus concluded by saying He would be with you forever.  So, as you begin your day, recognize, and take full advantage of the Comforter who is in you and is standing by to help with whatever you need.
