19 Disciples [followers of Christ] so often get into trouble [experience hardships]; still, God is there every time.

Further Thought:  Yes, we will all face troubles, but this Psalm reminds us not to focus on the trouble but on the assurance that God is with us every step of the way.  So, walk with confidence today and keep pursuing excellence.  Whatever you do, do all to the glory of God as his representative on the earth. And remember, God said He would never leave you nor forsake you.  So, relax and, acknowledge His presence and receive his guidance.
