Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Start with Praise”

Psalm 34:1-4 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition

1 I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth.  2 My life makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble and afflicted hear and be glad.

3 O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.  4 I sought (inquired of) the Lord and required Him [of necessity and on the authority of His Word], and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.

Further Thought:  So, no matter what’s going on in your life, keep speaking “The Word.”  This is the praise our Lord is seeking today: that His children, regardless of what’s going on, will stand on the authority of His Word.  Psalm 119:105 reminds us that God’s Word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.  1 Peter 1:23 reminds us that God’s Word is incorruptible seed.  It knows what to do, and “you” are the only one who can prevent it from manifesting in your life.  So, Don’t Stop; keep Speaking and acting upon God’s Word.  Now, this is how we set the tone for our day. 

Have a great day, and keep chewing on God’s Word.
