“Your Light”

Matthew 5:14-16 Amplified Bible (AMP)

14 “You are the light of [Christ to] the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; 15 nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good deeds and moral excellence, and [recognize and honor and] glorify your Father who is in heaven.

Further Thought: We are Christ Ambassadors, and His light in the earth on display 24 hours a day and the light we carry is designed to draw others to God and to show them just how good He is. Unfortunately, the only church or God some will see is in you & me. So, in everything we do today, let’s ensure it accurately reflects our Heavenly Father. Remember, you are God’s Master peace [Ephesians 2:10 NLT] on display for all to see. So, allow God to use your light to draw someone to Him today.
