“Don’t Miss Out”

1 Corinthians 2:9-10 New Life Version (NLV)

9 The Holy Writings say, “No eye has ever seen or no ear has ever heard or no mind has ever thought of the wonderful things God has made ready for those who love Him.”

10 God has shown these things to us through His Holy Spirit. It is the Holy Spirit Who looks into all things, even the secrets of God, and shows them to us.

Further Thought:  Today’s passage reminds us that God has “already prepared” not going to prepare all we would ever need to experience His very best.  This is why taking quality time daily to read God’s Word and fellowship with the Holy Spirit is so important.  Yes, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of God that lives inside of everyone who has accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior. 

So, don’t just talk to yourself today. Talk with the one who knows all God’s secrets [see verse 10 above], and His assignment is to reveal them to you. Now if you are still not convinced take a minute to read and hear what Jesus said about the assignment of the Holy Spirit in John 16:13-15 King James Version (KJV):

13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth (the Holy Spirit), is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew [show] you things to come.

14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew [show] it unto you.

15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew [show] it unto you.
