Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Hold Fast”

Hebrews 10:23 King James Version (KJV)

23 Let us hold fast the profession (confession) of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)

Further Thought:  Your confession of faith is your agreement with what God has said about what you are dealing with. According to today’s passage, our part is to stay in agreement (hold fast to our confession of agreement).  Don’t confess or give attention to any other report, no matter who said it.  Now, if we will do our part, today’s passage also reminds us that the one who made the promise is faithful.  In case you didn’t get it. You will have what you say.  You will have what you believe you receive according to Mark 11:22-26.  It’s guaranteed.  Somebody Shout Glory!!!!!! Hallelujah

Here are a few examples of what we should hold fast to:

• He forgives all my sins (Psalm 103:3 & 1 John 1:9).
• He heals all my diseases (Psalm 103:3, Isaiah 53:4-5, Matthew 8:16-16 & 1 Peter 2:24).
• He’s given me His peace (John 14:27, & Isaiah 26:3).
• He’s given me His mind (1 Corinthians 2:16, 2 Timothy 1:7 & Romans 12:2).
• He’s given me everything I need to live an abundant life (2 Peter 1:3-4, John 10:10 & Philippians 4:13).
• I know all I need to know (1 John 2:20).
• He supplies all my needs (Philippians 4:19, Psalm 84:11 & Mark 10:28-30).
• He instructs me and teaches me in the way I should go (Psalm 32:8 & John 16:13-15)
