Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Success Keys”

Joshua 1:8 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

This Book of the Law [God’s Word] shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you shall make your way prosperous, and then you shall deal wisely and have good success.

Further Thought:  Today’s passage reminds us of the success keys God has given us to prosper, deal wisely, and achieve good success:

1. Keep saying what God says.  Remember, death and life are in the power of the tongue. [Proverbs 18:21]

2. Don’t just read God’s word but meditate upon it.  Meditation not only allows you to get what God’s word is saying into the fertile grounds of your heart, it also positions you to receive hidden mysteries [insight] that the casual reader can’t receive.  [Matthew 13:11 & Luke 8:10]

3. Put into action what you are convinced of.  Remember, faith comes by hearing [Romans 10:17], and as we hear, we begin to speak and meditate on what is true, and we become convinced.  Once we become convinced, we begin to obey, which positions us to prosper, deal wisely, and achieve good success in all the affairs of life.
