Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Believe and Receive It”

1 John 1:9 New King James Version (NKJV)

9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Further Thought:  So, if we are still breathing, there is nothing our God won’t forgive us of.  Yes, there may still be some natural consequences we have to face.  However, as far as God is concerned, it never happened.  Now, isn’t that liberating?  Now, our heavenly Father needs us to believe it and receive it.  Psalm 50:15 reminds us, “15 And call upon me [God, our Father] in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.” 

I believe today, God is saying if you’ve confessed it, it no longer matters.  You have closed the door to the devil (Satan) in your life and now have repositioned yourself to receive my deliverance and to continue representing me as one of my ambassadors on the earth.  As you start this day, take a moment to thank Him for His faithfulness. Now, believe it and receive it.
