Don’t Neglect Hearing

Good Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Don’t Neglect Hearing”

Luke 5:15 The Voice (VOICE)

Luke 6:17 King James Version (KJV)

Further Thought:  In today’s passages, we discover the people first come to hear and then to receive what they needed and this still has not changed.  So, let’s not neglect hearing the word of God.  Two examples of this are hearing God’s word during your personal Bible reading time.  Or you hearing a word from your pastor.  Remember, faith in God doesn’t come by praying, so if you’ve been praying for God to give you more faith, then stop.  No, we are reminded in Romans 10:17 that faith in God comes only one way, and that is by hearing and hearing the word of God.  So today, let’s follow the examples of those who came first to hear and then to be healed.

Have a great day, and keep chewing on God’s Word.
