“Let’s Allow God to Help”

For the eyes of the Lord search back and forth across the whole earth, looking for people whose hearts are perfect [committed] toward him, so that he can show his great power in helping them.

1 Timothy 2:1-4 King James Version (KJV)

1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; 2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.

3 For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Saviour; 4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.

Today’s Prayer: Father, thank you for allowing us to see another day, which you have made, and we’ve made the decision to rejoice and to be glad in it. Yes, by faith, we decree our hearts are committed to you. We desire to honor you in all that we do today. Now, according to your word in 2 Chronicles 16:9, we’ve come to receive your help. Show your great power today in the life of our President Donald Trump, his entire administrative staff and cabinet, our United States Senators, House of Representatives, State and Local Government Officials, our Law Enforcement Agencies, Supreme Court as well as our State and Local Courts, our Supervisors, Co-Workers, Friends and Family [call out their names]. Thank you for your help today. In Jesus Name. Amen!

P.S. Let’s remember that in the United States, our President is elected to a four-year term.  Our United States Senators are elected to a six-year term. And our House of Representatives are elected for a two-year term.  Now, once they are in office, it’s not a lot we as individual citizens can do to remove them, so wouldn’t it make sense to pray for them daily and allow God to help them?
