Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Do U Trust Him”

Proverbs 3:5-8 The Message (MSG)

5-12 Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all.  Run to God! Run from evil!

Your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life!

Further Thought:  As believers, we have been given the Holy Spirit [God’s Spirit] to guide us in all the affairs of life.  With His help, we can never go wrong.  So, when you have decisions to make, don’t make them independent of Him, and don’t let emotions enter into the equation.  But allow God’s overwhelming peace to keep you safe by leading you into His best.

Now, stop saying things like: I’m never going to get out of debt.  This situation will never change.  It’s too late for me to return to school.  I’m 30, 40, or 50, and if I don’t find a man or woman, no one is going to marry me.  No, No, No, the Bible says, in Jeremiah 32:27, “Is there anything too hard for God?”.  Jesus said in Mark 9:23, “If you can believe all things are possible“.  Now if you are still not convinced, Jesus said in Mark 10:27 “With men it maybe impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible.”

So, as Christians, let’s stop making emotional decisions and start trusting God’s Spirit that lives within us with every detail of our lives.  I say again, “Do U Trust Him”?
