It’s A Hindrance

Good Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“It’s A Hindrance”

Mark 11:22-26 King James Version (KJV)

22 And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

23 For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain [problem, circumstance], Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

24 Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye [you] desire, when [you] pray, believe that [you] receive them, and [you] shall have them.

25 And when [you] stand praying, forgive, if [you] have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

26 But if [you] do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

Further Thought:  Today, we find Jesus reminding his disciples of the God kind of faith that is available to anyone who will believe and receive it.  The God kind of faith allows us, followers of Jesus, to do what He did when He walked the earth.  Let’s remember this was Jesus response to his disciples after He had cursed the fig tree [see Mark 11:11-21].  Recognize that the measure of faith you’ve been given, according to Romans 12:3, allows you to speak to anything in your life that doesn’t agree with God’s word.  It also gives you the confidence to pray and to receive answers to all your prayers.  Now if you are still not convinced after reading verse 24 above, then take a moment to read 1 John 5:14-15.  However, according to the words of Jesus in verses 25-26 above, unforgiveness will hinder your power and your prayers from manifesting.  As you start this new day, I want to encourage you to let go of all unforgiveness, so you can continue to rule and reign in life.  We’ve said it before, but hear it again: Don’t allow anyone to hinder you from experiencing all God has prepared for you on this day.

Have a great day and keep chewing on God’s Word.
