Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“In His Presence”

Psalm 16:11 New King James Version (NKJV)

You (God) will show me the path of life; In Your presence is fullness of joy; At Your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

Further Thought:  Today’s passage reminds us that as believers in the Lord Jesus, we don’t have to wait for prayer time, Sunday Service, or some other special occasion to experience God’s presence. We have the Spirit of God [the Holy Spirit] living on the inside of us 24/7. Now, the question is, are we acknowledging Him?  David, the writer of Psalm 16, reminds us of the benefits of abiding in God’s presence. He said there is the fullness of joy in the presence of God. That means no fear, anxiousness, doubt, unforgiveness, or confusion can remain in His presence. Now we not only get the fullness of joy, but we also qualify to receive all we need, [the pleasures or benefits, answers] to continue to reign in this life according to Romans 5:17.  So, as we start this new day, let’s recognize the awesome privilege we have of abiding in the continual presence of God.
