Further Thought:  In Genesis, chapter 1, verse 31, we are reminded that everything God made was very good. With that in mind, let’s leave yesterday where it should remain, and that’s in the past. Now, as we start this new day, let’s cooperate with God, His Word, and His Spirit that lives in us.  Let’s confirm it with today’s confession of faith.

Confession of Faith:  Father, this is the day that you have made, and I’ve made a decision to rejoice and be glad in it.  Thank you for new mercies today. For instructing me and teaching me in the way I should go.  Thank you for granting me a spirit of wisdom and revelation, insight into mysteries and secrets in the deep and intimate knowledge of You as I continue to read, meditate and obey Your Word.  May the eyes of my heart be flooded with light so I can know and understand the hope to which You have called me.  As I go forth on this day, my faith, my hope, my confidence, my expectation, my reliance, and my dependence are in you and you only.  I will not be moved by how I feel.  I will not be moved by how others treat me.  I will not be moved by the latest news headlines, medical reports, or stock reports.  No, I recognize you and you alone as my source, and I put my trust in You and in Your Word.  You’ve given me an assignment as one of your ambassadors on the earth, and with the help of your Holy Spirit that lives big on the inside of me, I will represent you well on this day.  Thank you for allowing me to be a part of what you are doing on earth today.  This is my confession of faith in Jesus Name. Amen!
