Good Morning. Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:
“Don’t Wait”
Psalm 118:1 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)
O give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; for His mercy and loving-kindness endure forever!
1 Thessalonians 5:18 King James Version (KJV)
18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Further Thought: Before we gather with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving, let’s take a moment to give thanks. Remember, our second passage above reminds us to give thanks always. No, we are not giving thanks for the trials and tribulations, but knowing that no matter what we may face, our God is always with us. For this reason, we can give thanks. Join me in giving thanks.
Lord the _________ Family gives thanks unto you, because you are good and your love endures forever. As we reflect over this past year, whenever we have purposed in our hearts to honor and obey your word, we have not lacked any good thing. As we prepare to celebrate Thanksgiving, we have purposed, according to Proverbs 3, to continue to trust you with all our heart and not to depend on just what we know. We have come to recognize that the greater one, your Holy Spirit, is living on the inside of each of us now. He is our Comforter, Advocate, Intercessor—Counselor, Strengthener and Standby. So, no matter what challenges we may face now or in the future, we refuse to walk in fear, doubt, or unbelief. No, this family walks in complete confidence in your word, in your love, in your peace, with your favor, with your guidance and direction, in all the affairs of life. Lord, we not only give thanks to you today, but we call you faithful.
Have a great Thanksgiving and keep chewing on God’s Word.
