Good Monday Morning. Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:
“Taste and See”
Psalm 34:8 Amplified Bible (AMP)
O taste and see that the Lord [our God] is good; How blessed [fortunate, prosperous, and favored by God] is the man who takes refuge in Him.

Further Thought: If we are going to declare the goodness of God in 2026, we must believe that God is, in fact, good. Now the only way anyone can know this is to put their faith (trust, confidence) in God. In other words, to stand on what God has said [See John 14:15]. David, in today’s passage, encourages us to taste and see [Believe and Experience God’s Goodness]. You know, if you’ve not tasted a certain food, someone may have encouraged you to try it and see if you like it. Once you have tasted it and experienced its goodness firsthand, you may desire more. It’s the same with our God. He’s asking each of his children to use the measure of faith he has given, according to Romans 12:3, to believe that they will experience his goodness as never before in 2026. Well, you may ask, what goodness are you referring to? I’m glad you asked. To keep it simple, if you can find a promise in the Bible (God’s Word) or an act where God was good to someone, the same is available to you and me. So, in 2026, let’s simply believe what God has said and allow our light to shine [See Matthew 5:16] so the unsaved will see his goodness on display in our family, job, finances, conversations and our relationships.
Have a great day, and keep chewing on God’s Word.
