Good Monday Morning. Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:
“Be A Giver”
Luke 6:37-38 New King James Version (NKJV)
37 “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
38 Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.”

Further Thought: Today’s passage reminds us that, instead of judging, condemning, or being bitter, let’s follow the guidance of Jesus in today’s passage, and that is to give. Let’s choose not to judge, not to condemn, but to forgive. Jesus said that when we respond in this manner as He would towards us, we can then come to Him in absolute confidence when we are in need, and whatever we have given will be multiplied back to us, good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over. Let’s recognize we can only expect a return from the seeds we have sown, or those God knows we are willing to sow. So, not just today but every day, let’s choose to be givers.
Have a great day and keep chewing on God’s Word.
