Good Monday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Draw Upon His Power”

Romans 8:11 King James Version (KJV)

11 But if the Spirit of him [God] that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Further Thought:  Ephesians 1:19-20 reminds us to pray not only for ourselves but also for fellow believers, that we would know and experience the exceeding greatness of God’s power towards us.  God demonstrated this power when he raised Christ from the dead and seated him at his right hand.  2 Peter 1:3-4 tells us that as we get to know God, his power is then revealed and made available to us.  Let’s understand that our God is not satisfied with us merely knowing about the exceeding greatness of his power; he wants us to experience it.  Recognize that all the power you will ever need is in you.  Now, it’s up to you to believe it, receive it [draw upon it], and rest in it.
