Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Let’s Take a Walk”

24 Enoch walked steadily with God. And then one day he was simply gone: God took him.

Further Thought: Today, let’s follow the example of Enoch, who purposefully chose to walk in close fellowship with God.  He learned this from his ancestors, Adam and Eve.  You see, you and I now have an advantage over Enoch, where God had to purposefully visit him, but we have God’s Spirit living on the inside of us.  Let’s remember Jesus said in John 14:16 that God’s Spirit [the Holy Spirit] will be with us forever. So even when things don’t appear to be going your way, and you can’t seem to figure them out, remember who you are walking with.  Now tell yourself to relax, and let’s take a walk with the creator of the universe.  He’s looking forward to hearing from you throughout your day.

P.S. When we think about it, being an example of showing others how to walk in daily fellowship with God is one of the greatest gifts we could ever give. This example is you seeking to honor [obey and follow] God in all you do. Yes, allowing your light to shine for all to see.
