“He Takes Pleasure In”

27 Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the Lord be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity [success] of His servant.”

Further Thought: This morning, let’s refocus on our BIG God and remember what He takes pleasure in. So, no matter what we are or will face, we must see our God and what He has said as the supreme and final authority. Here are a few of His many benefits He wants us to say continually, that magnify Him.

• You receiving the healing He provided over 2,000 years ago [Isaiah 53:4-5; Matthew 8:17; Psalm 107:20; Proverbs 4:20-22; 1 Peter 2:24]

• You having all your needs supplied [Philippians 4:19; Mark 10:28-30; Malachi 3:6, 10-12; 2 Corinthians 9:6-8]

• You trusting him at His word [1 John 5:14-15; Proverbs 3:5-8 The Message (MSG); Psalms 28:7; 2 Peter 1:3-4; Hebrews 11:6 &13:8]

• You knowing how much He Loves You [John 3:16; Romans 5:8 & 8:32, 38-39; 1 John 3:1; Psalm 103:13; Romans 8:38-39; Galatians 4:6-7; Matthew 7:11; Luke 12:32]

• You knowing the plans He has for you [Jeremiah 29:11-13 New International Version (NIV); Proverbs 14:12; Micah 6:8; 1 Timothy 2:1-4; Luke 9:23; 1 Thessalonians 5:18; James 1:5]
