Good Morning. Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:
“Put Your Angels 2 Work”
Psalm 91:11 Amplified Bible (AMP)
For He will command His angels in regard to you,To protect and defend and guard you in all your ways [of obedience and service].
Hebrews 1:14 Amplified Bible (AMP)
Are not all the angels ministering spirits sent out [by God] to serve (accompany, protect) those who will inherit salvation? [Of course they are!]
Psalm 103:20 King James Version (KJV)
20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

Further Thought: Matthew 4:11 reminds us that after the devil tempted Jesus, “angels came and ministered unto him.” In Luke 22:43, after a time of prayer an angel strengthened him. So, if Jesus required the assistance of angels, why would we think we don’t also need their assistance? I want to encourage you to give your angels something to do. Each day before I leave home, I give my angels the assignment to protect my home and family. Before I drive anywhere, I send them forth to prepare the way to keep me safe from all hurt, harm, or danger. Now, it’s important to understand that we can’t override the inward witness of the Holy Spirit and expect divine protection. Psalm 91:11 above reminds us that our angels are sent to protect, defend, and guard us in all our ways of “obedience and service”. So, if you are speeding, slow down. If you are somewhere you are not supposed to be, then leave. If you are involved in something you shouldn’t be, then get out. There is no protection in disobedience. Remember, your angels are listening (hearkening) for you to voice the word of God so they can bring it to you. It’s their assignment.
Have a great day, and keep chewing on God’s Word.
