“Love In Action”

Psalm 91:14-16 Amplified Bible, Classic Edition (AMPC)

14 Because he has set his love upon Me, therefore will I deliver him; I will set him on high, because he knows and understands My name [has a personal knowledge of My mercy, love, and kindness—trusts and relies on Me, knowing I will never forsake him, no, never].

15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him.  16 With long life will I satisfy him and show him My salvation.

Further Thought: Before we continue, I want to encourage you to read the entire Psalm 91 this morning. Now, before you read the seven benefits below, go back and reread verses 14-16, this time replacing the words [he & him] with your name.

Because you have set your love upon Him, God said:

1. I will deliver you

2. I will set you on high

3. I will answer when you call

4. I will be with you in trouble

5. I will honor you

6. I will satisfy you with long life

7. I will show you my delivering power
