Good Morning. Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:
“Let’s Talk”
Psalm 27:8 Living Bible (TLB)
8 My heart has heard you say, “Come and talk with me, O my people.” And my heart responds, “Lord, I am coming.”
——
Further Thought: David, the writer of today’s passage, said that when he cried out to God for help, his heart heard the Lord say, “Come and talk with me, O my people.” Let’s remember that the same help that was available to David is available to us today. So, I want to encourage you to start your day with the one who knows all.
– With the one who created you and has the blueprint for your life.
– With the one who can help you be more productive with less time.
– With the one who can give you an idea that will thrust you 10 years ahead.
– With the one who knows all the people you need to meet and at the exact time.
– With the one who knows all the roadblocks ahead and the proper detours.
– With the one who has factored in all your mistakes and shortcomings into the great plans He has for you.
Let’s remember our God has given us 1,440 minutes today, and the decision is ours how we spend them. I want to encourage you to take 10-15 mins to get to a location of your choosing where you won’t be interrupted. Now talk with your Heavenly Father about how you see your day unfolding, and then allow Him to show you the areas you need to direct your attention to and those you don’t need to focus on.
Have a great day, and keep chewing on God’s Word.
