“Allow His Peace to Work”

Philippians 4:6-7 Living Bible (TLB)

6 Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything; tell God your needs, and don’t forget to thank him for his answers. 7 If you do this, you will experience God’s peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His peace will keep your thoughts and your hearts quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus.

Further Thought: As you start this brand-new day, I want to encourage you to exchange your worry for God’s peace.  Did you notice what His peace will do on your behalf?  “His peace will keep your thoughts and your heart quiet and at rest as you trust in Christ Jesus.” So, today there is no need to worry. Now allow God’s peace to work on your behalf as you trust what He has said in His Word or spoken to you by His Spirit, and the two will always agree. Remember, whatever God has spoken, He watches over it to ensure it comes to pass in your life.
