Good Friday Morning.  Here’s Today’s Nugget to chew on:

“Overcomer”

1 John 5:4 New King James Version (NKJV)

4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world. And this is the victory that has overcome the world—[your]our faith.

Further Thought:  If you have accepted Jesus as your Lord, then according to today’s passage, you are born of God and you are an overcomer.  Your faith [trust/confidence] in God allows you to overcome every setback, every problem, and yes, this includes every sickness and disease.  And we walk in the manifestation of our victory by believing, receiving, and acting upon the solutions God has provided in His Word.  Well, you may say, is it that simple?  Yes, but let me warn you on your journey of faith, the devil [your adversary] will do all he can to persuade you otherwise by speaking words and thoughts of doubt, fear, lies, and unbelief.  But now that you know he’s coming and his tactics, you, as an overcomer in Christ, are ready to walk in your victory.  Now declare out loud:  I have the victory.  Say it again.  I have the victory.  Recognize that when you declare your victory, you are releasing God’s power in your life, which, according to Ephesians 3:20, is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that you ask or think, according to the power of His Word, that is working in your life [His Word you agree with].  Somebody Shout Glory!!!!  Hallelujah

Have a great day.  Don’t forget to attend church this weekend.  But don’t just attend to check the box, but go with an expectancy to receive from the true and living God the answer(s) you need.  And keep chewing on God’s Word.
